Agriturismo Il Pino non è un hotel. È un podere di famiglia con tre camere, una piscina esclusiva e un giardino che affaccia sulla campagna. Chi prenota qui non divide niente con nessuno: villa, piscina e spazi esterni sono tutti per voi, dal primo all’ultimo giorno.

La vostra villa in Toscana, senza condividerla con nessuno

Villa vostra, piscina vostra, ritmi vostri. Nessun check-in in reception, nessun vicino di sdraio, nessuna colazione in mezzo a sconosciuti. Solo voi, il vostro gruppo e una villa completamente attrezzata in mezzo alla campagna toscana. La mattina aprite la porta finestra e siete già in giardino. La sera accendete il barbecue in muratura e cucinate quello che Francesca vi ha portato dall’orto. Così funziona una vacanza vera.

Tre camere, tre caratteri

Camera matrimoniale, camera con soppalco, camera twin. Tre ambienti diversi, ognuno con bagno privato e porta finestra sul giardino. La villa si prenota per intero: da 2 a 6 persone, piscina e spazi esterni esclusivi per tutti gli ospiti.

Volterra fuori dalla porta

Due dei borghi medievali più belli d’Italia a pochi minuti di macchina: Volterra a 15 minuti, San Gimignano a 25. Siena, Firenze, Pisa e la Costa degli Etruschi a circa un’ora. E si arriva al Podere direttamente dalla SS 68, senza strade sterrate.

Dal 2002 in famiglia

L’agriturismo è nato nel 2002 su un’azienda agricola di famiglia, tramandata da padre in figlio. Dotazioni complete e revisionate ogni stagione. Sappiamo già cosa serve in vacanza e lo troverete pronto al vostro arrivo.

Il panorama

L’aperta campagna toscana fa da sfondo alla villa e alla piscina: colline, cipressi, cielo. Il tipo di paesaggio che avete sempre associato alla Toscana. Eccolo, fuori dalla finestra.

 9,0Verificata Sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub in der Toskana

☺Das Haus liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel. Von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich hat man einen sagenhaften Ausblick. Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Gastgeberfamilie empfangen. Die Übergabe zu Beginn und am Ende unseres Urlaubs verlief völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die drei Schlafzimmer und Bäder waren optimal für unsere Familie mit zwei großen Kindern. Der Pool mit Außendusche ist von Außen nicht einsehbar und recht groß. Der Bereich um den Pool ist mit Liegen und Schirmen toll ausgestattet. Ansonsten kann man sich auch im Bereich des Gartens, z.B. auf einer Bank, zurückziehen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

☹Das Haus liegt in der Nähe einer Straße. Sonntags hört man gelegentlich Motorradfahrer. Ansonsten war es aber sehr ruhig. Zum Einkaufen muss man eine gewissen Anfahrt in Kauf nehmen. Die Lage mitten in den toskanischen Hügeln war jedoch genau das, was wir für unseren Urlaub wollten.

 Verificata Wunderschöne Aussicht, schöne Unterkunft. Curio hat immer super schnell geantwortet und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool ist groß und wurde täglich gereinigt. Um die umliegenden Orte zu erreichen ist ein Auto sehr hilfreich, es fährt jedoch auch ein Bus vor der Haustür. Das jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, ist sehr praktisch! Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub mitten in der Toskana sucht ist hier richtig.

 Verificata Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht. Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar. Alles vorhanden. Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

 Verificata Really enjoyable stay in a lovely villa just as described. The view from the terrace was fantastic and the pool area was great. Nice sun loungers and a big pool. Everything you could need for a perfect holiday. Within easy distance of the fab Volterra and other lovely hilltop towns such as the superb San Gimignano. The hosts were really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The boutique vineyard opposite Monterosola is also a nice visit for wine tasting. Overall a very nice Tuscan experience.

 Verificata Thank you so much Curio and your lovely family for hosting us with the most wonderful property in a beautiful part of Italy. We are a family of 4 adults and one child of two and the villa was perfect with private bedrooms and bathrooms, pristine shared areas and the fantastic outdoor eating space that we used for every meal. The private pool was a triumph with all of us and we swam almost every day. We enjoyed such a relaxing time with fabulous views and appreciated the restaurant recommendations as well as the interesting wine tour across the road. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are wishing to visit fabulous Tuscany.

 Verificata Geweldig verblijf gehad, schoon en ruim huis met fijn zwembad. Schitterend uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Curio is een hele aardige en behulpzame host! Curio had zelfs een wijnproeverij voor ons georganiseerd bij een dichtbij gelegen wijnhuis. Hele fijne week gehad!

 Verificata The view was breathtaking!Sitting by the pool and looking out across the Tuscan hills was absolutely amazing. Great location to access to both Volterra and San Gimignano very easily. The pool was big and able to accommodate active children and a relaxing swim all at the same time. We felt so relaxed and would highly recommend the villa. This was our third trip to Volterra, the first to this particular villa and it did not disappoint. Beautiful.

Una Toscana intera da esplorare

Volterra e San Gimignano a 15 e 25 minuti. Siena, Firenze e Pisa a circa un'ora. Il mare della Costa degli Etruschi a Cecina nella stessa direzione. Ogni mattina scegliete una direzione diversa. Ogni sera tornate al Podere.

E quando non volete andare da nessuna parte...

La piscina, il roseto, l'ombra dell'albero di cachi nel pomeriggio. Il barbecue acceso la sera con quello che avete comprato al mercato. E quello che Francesca porta dall'orto, appena raccolto. A volte la vacanza migliore è quella che si costruisce intorno a una piscina, senza programmare niente.
